Hello, my name is Lynn Huber and I am the founder of Body Solutions Fitness.  My goal is to meet the needs of people who have the desire to make a life long lifestyle change that includes fitness and wellness as an everyday part of life.  Starting a workout program can be intimidating.  What do I wear?  Do I look funny when I exercise?  How do I do my workout so I see results?  You don't have to worry about the questions! I will help you find the success you are striving for. Whether you are 80 years and working out for the first time in your life, sedentary middle age adult, preparing for a beauty or fitness pageant, or an athlete at or aspiring to become a collegiate Division I athlete, someone looking to drive a golf ball further, a person who is looking to improve their quality of life, or any person with a goal; I WILL GET YOU TO YOUR FITNESS GOAL! I received my Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar Missouri.  I hold Training Certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine-PES and the American Fitness and Aerobics Association.

During the time I have been involved in fitness, I have experience in fitness clubs, a personal training studio, boot camps, and college sports performance and fitness settings.  This includes coaching at Cornell College in Mount Vernon, Iowa for the 2010 season, coaching inside linebacker. From 1997-2003 I was at North Iowa Area Community College in Mason City, Iowa. I held positions of Strength & Conditioning , Defensive Backfield and ultimately Defensive Coordinator on teams that made Bowl Games in 1998, 2000, and 2001.  We also held a top 15 national ranking in 1998 that included bowl game win and top 10 national rankings in 2000 and 2001.  After my first year in the program, we won an average of over 70% of our games.  Many of the athletes I worked with went to NCAA Division I and II institutions.
