Body Solutions Fitness has several different fitness options to meet your goals of body performance and shape. All programs start with the FIT Base assessment. Information collected includes the history of your health, assess your wellness and nutrition practices, and set goals!  Without an effective fitness assessment, growth cannot be accurately measured. FIT BASE incorporates many different methods to achieve accurate results.
The Fitness assessment measures:             

  • BMI (Body Mass Index)
  • Physical endurance
  • Muscle strength
  • Blood pressure
  • Health history
  • Goal setting
  • Lifestyle history


Once this data is collected, the program that is right for you can be recommended to meet your goals of what you want your exercise program to accomplish.

Studies show that people looking to improve their fitness and improve their health achieve significantly greater results when using a trainer. An effective personal trainer can guide you, motivate you, and educate you. Trainers provide accountability and discipline. A good trainer will also make sure that you don't damage your body when exercising. It is important to note that there is a right way, and a wrong way, too exercise. Body Solutions Bootcamp
The Body Solutions Bootcamp program that uses the HIIT principles. High Intensity Interval Training that is performed to the best of each individuals ability within safe, but effective parameters. Body Solutions Bootcamp uses different tools to maximize workouts that include kettlebells, bands, punching apparatuses, and TRX straps. The class trainer ensures that exercises are performed with proper technique and can be modified to fit all program participants levels of fitness. Class times are as follows: 5:00 a.m. to 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.

Body Solutions Sports Enhancement Training
If you are looking for yourself, son, or daughter to be the best athlete they can be, the sports enhancement training program will make those goals a reality.  The objectives to this program is to maximize athletic performance by providing a sport specific program designed for the athletes needs. This program will make the athlete stronger, more explosive, less susceptible to injury, and increase both linear and lateral speed. Periodic testing will be performed to measure improvement. Small Group Fitness Training (2-3 people per group)
This program is set up on each individual's FIT BASE results. The workouts can be taylored to meet individual needs in a small group setting.

Individual Fitness Training
This program is set up on the individual's FIT BASE results. If you find working out in a group setting uncomfortable and intimidating, then this may be for you. This is also a more practical way to train if you have physical limitations. You may also have very specific training goals that need the individual attention,motivation, and accountability to maximize workouts.

The Body Solutions Fitness programs will increase the benefits of exercise through a multi-disciplinary approach. Body Solutions offers the following:

Nutrition Counseling
Together we will develop a plan for healthy eating. We will determine the vitamins and minerals that are required for your optimum health. I will guide you through the process and help you get through hurdles along the way.

Ongoing Training and Support
I will show you techniques to improve strength and endurance for a lifetime. You will learn valuable techniques that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come.
